Blue Day

Blue Day was celebrated with great zeal and excitement on 1st September 2025 at  St Raymond’s Pre Primary School, Vamanjoor. The purpose of the celebration was to familiarize the students with the color blue and its significance in the natural and social environment.

The children and teachers came dressed beautifully in different shades of blue, making the atmosphere vibrant and lively. The hall was decorated with various blue objects, balloons, to create a cheerful learning environment.

The celebration began with a prayer song followed by a short introduction about the importance of the color blue. Our Headmistress explained its presence in nature through examples like the sky, water, flowers, and animals. Various fun-filled activities such as singing, rhymes, story act out on the theme “Blue Jackle” were conducted. 

The children performed the story with great enthusiasm, dressed in blue costumes and using props to bring the characters alive.

The celebration concluded with the children joyfully dancing and expressing their happiness. Blue Day not only made learning effective and engaging but also created a sense of curiosity and excitement among the students.

The program concluded with cheerful Blue Day wishes and a group photo of the participants.
